1. Booking & Payment
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to reserve your session date.
The remaining 50% balance is due on or before the session date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All fees and product prices are subject to applicable provincial and federal taxes (including PST and,
where applicable, GST). Taxes will be added to invoices in accordance with Saskatchewan and
Canadian tax regulations.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session may result in forfeiture of the retainer.
In the rare event that the photographer must cancel, clients may choose to reschedule or receive a full
refund of payments made.
3. Copyright & Image Usage
All photographs remain the copyright of Unframed Photography.
Clients receive personal usage rights for printing, sharing, and display.
Commercial use (e.g., marketing, resale, publication) requires written permission and may be subject to
additional fees.
The photographer reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional
purposes unless the client opts out in writing before the session.
4. Image Delivery & Editing
Edited galleries will be delivered within 3 weeks of the session date.
Only final, edited images will be delivered. RAW files are not provided.
The photographer’s editing style is part of the creative service. Requests for additional or heavy
retouching may be subject to an additional fee.
5. Liability
The photographer is not liable for circumstances beyond their control (e.g., weather, accidents, venue
restrictions, technical failures).
While every reasonable effort will be made, no specific image is guaranteed.
6. Prints & Products
Print colors may vary slightly depending on calibration of your device screen versus professional
printing labs.
All sales of physical products (prints, albums, digital downloads) are final.
7. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for the session.
Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time without adjustment to fee.
8. Agreement
By booking with Unframed Photography, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed
to these Terms & Conditions.
